She has led ESG strategy across mining, technology, and corporate environments, guiding companies through evolving reporting requirements while strengthening governance, goal-setting, and performance.
Her work focuses on helping organizations understand their risks and opportunities, craft credible sustainability narratives, and use climate and nature strategies to support resilient business growth.
Rachel holds a Masters of Development Economics from Dalhousie University and a Certificate in Corporate Sustainability & Innovation from Harvard.
